Steven is Endeavor’s lead attorney. After the 2008 financial crisis, Steven left Wall Street to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center. Since then, his focus has been in tax consulting.

Ross is an industry recognized expert with a background in accounting. He is our technical practice leader and conducts R&D analysis.

Jasdeep is one of Endeavor’s Software & Technology experts. With a background in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, Jasdeep has worked as an R&D tax consultant at two of the nation’s leading tax advisory firms where he received the CEO’s award for his project management skills and client satisfaction ratings.

James “Jimmy” Heinbaugh is an attorney licensed in both Texas and Colorado. He has worked in R&D credit analysis and tax controversy consulting since 2014.
